Born in San Francisco and trained at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Mia Martin Palm Beach always felt like a bit of a wanderer. While her peers were chasing Michelin stars in cold, gray cities, Mia Martin Palm Beach was dreaming of salt air and citrus groves. She moved to Palm Beach three years ago, trading her heavy chef’s whites for a linen apron and a mission: to prove that high-end chocolate belongs in the tropics.
